I know firsthand that chasing perfect numbers can easily become a source of stress rather than a tool for growth. I realised that the secret to long-term success isn't just grinding harder; it’s about doing your absolute best while taking the time to celebrate how far you have come. I believe that this sport is a privilege, and training should bring genuine joy and passion to your life.
