Return and Refund Policy
At Raw Endurance Co., all products are digital downloads (PDF training programs). Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered and downloaded.
No Refunds on Digital Products Because digital files cannot be "returned," all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions We will offer a full refund or replacement if:
- The file you received is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You were delivered the wrong file due to an error on our part
To request a remedy under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of purchase at: rawenduranceco@gmail.com, with your order number and a description of the issue.
Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
